The historic “Il Boccio” trattoria in Aosta was stripped back to its original perimeter and rebuilt using prefabricated timber walls delivered straight from our factory. The result is a chalet‑style venue that combines Alpine character with top‑class energy performance.

• Exterior cladding in larch boards and fully renewed interiors
• Dual‑pitch roof with enhanced insulation and tile covering
• Wide openings to the garden area for natural light and mountain views
• Outdoor terrace with parasols and flower beds for 60+ seats
• Upgraded systems: thermal envelope, triple‑glazed windows, HVAC with heat pump
