THE FUTURE IS OUR INVENTION

After years of research, experimentation, structural testing, and performance verification, we have redefined the concept of the prefabricated wooden wall.

The result is extraordinary.

INGPANEL®: THE ONLY MODULE THAT GUARANTEES

  • THE BEST VALUES FOR THERMAL DEPHASING, TRANSMITTANCE, AND ACOUSTIC ISOLATION
  • UNPARALLELED STRUCTURAL SAFETY, WELL-BEING, AND LIVING COMFORT
  • ENERGY CLASS A4
  • 50-YEAR WARRANTY

We were the absolute first: we wanted to push the performance of our structures even further, and we succeeded.

WE HAVE ACHIEVED THE MAXIMUM

To reduce thermal demand—the amount of energy required to heat or cool a building—it is essential to have exterior walls that guarantee the lowest thermal coefficient and, conversely, a much longer thermal lag (dephasage) expressed in hours. Our system combines the structural efficiency of the Platform Frame with the advanced energy performance of a custom-engineered stratigraphy, ready for use. Each panel is produced in our factories, complete with finishes, installations, and eco-friendly insulating materials, for precise and immediate implementation.

ING PANEL STRUCTURE

REAL ENERGY EFFICIENCY. NOT THEORETICAL.

Our new INGPANEL® wall system is the highest-performing solution in terms of:

  • thermal efficiency
  • consumption reduction
  • energy cost savings
  • constant indoor comfort 365 days a year, in both summer and winter.

Certified thermo-physical performance.

To significantly reduce a building's energy requirements, it is necessary to act on two fundamental parameters of the opaque building envelope:

1. Transmittance thermique (U – W/m²K)
Exterior wall

Transmittance indicates the amount of heat that passes through a wall per square meter when there is a temperature difference between the interior and exterior. The lower the U-value, the more winter heat loss and summer heat gain are reduced. INGPANEL® is designed to guarantee extremely low transmittance values, in line with the highest energy classes (A4), thus contributing to compliance with NZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Building) requirements.

2. Thermal Lag (Hours)

Thermal lag represents the time required for the external peak heat to be transmitted to the interior.

A high thermal lag:

  • delays the entry of the summer heat wave
  • stabilizes the indoor temperature
  • reduces the activation of cooling systems
Heat protection

INGPANEL® GUARANTEES PROLONGED THERMAL LAG THANKS TO A MULTI-LAYER STRATIGRAPHY WITH HIGH SURFACE THERMAL CAPACITY AND DISTRIBUTED EFFECTIVE MASS.

KEEPING THE NOISE OUTSIDE

SUPERIOR ACOUSTIC COMFORT

Living well-being does not depend on temperature alone. Our INGPANEL® wall system significantly reduces decibel transmission, increasing silence, stability, and protection.

  • delays the entry of the summer heat wave
  • stabilizes the indoor temperature
  • reduces the activation of cooling systems

Silence, stability, protection.

BEWARE OF IMITATIONS!

INGPANEL® is also the concrete answer to the critical issues of solid wood: too heavy, inflexible, slow to install, and with significant structural impacts. With INGPANEL®, we overcome the limitations of CLT (X-Lam) with a solution that is lighter, faster, and more efficient, designed for modern construction sites and the demands of sustainable building. The difference is felt immediately: lighter foundations, rapid installation, superior thermal and acoustic comfort, all with certified values.

Three key reasons

  • Record thermal insulation: U = 0.12 W/m²K

Energy Class A4 without additional external insulation (cladding).

  • Thermal lag of 13 hours

Cool house in summer, electricity/air conditioning bills reduced by at least 38%.

  • Assembly in 6 hours, not 6 days

Weight 61 kg/m² ⇒ fewer resources, simple logistics.

COMPARE IN REAL-TIME: WHO WINS ON INSULATION, COMFORT, AND WEIGHT?

As you scroll, the table below highlights itself: one look is all it takes to immediately understand why INGPANEL® beats CLT (X-LAM).

Parameter INGPANEL® CLT (X-LAM) What it means
U-value 0.12 0.18 – 0.24 MAXIMUM ENERGY SAVINGS
Thermal lag 13 h 7 – 10 h COOLER HOUSE FOR LONGER
Weight per m² 61 kg 90 – 120 kg HEAVIER DOESN'T MEAN STRONGER, ONLY MORE EXPENSIVE
Assembly 100% prefabricated On-site finishing Fewer unforeseen issues
Final Class A4 A2-A3 Maximum subsidies
1. 24-Hour Thermal Comfort
  • 13-hour thermal lag: summer heat takes half a day longer to penetrate.
  • Winter: U-value 0.12 W/m²K → heat loss reduced by 33% compared to CLT (X-LAM).
  • Result: stable indoor temperature and energy bills reduced by 38%.
2. Certified Sustainability at the Highest Level
  • Lightweight hybrid wall ⇒ less concrete in foundations, – 34 tons of CO₂ over 500 m².
  • FSC materials + published Life Cycle Analysis (LCA).
  • Energy Class A4 achieved without additional external insulation: access to the highest tax incentives.
3. Maximum Acoustic Insulation
  • The highest reduction of decibels from outside the living space.
  • Maximum comfort for those inside the office or home.
4. Construction Times Reduced by 40%
  • Installation completed in 6 hours for 100 m² of wall.
  • Shorter project schedule = lower rental costs, fewer penalties, on-time delivery.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

1. What is the best alternative to CLT (X-LAM) for prefabricated wood walls?
The advanced timber frame panel INGPANEL® offers reduced weight (61 kg/m²), a U-value of 0.12 W/m²K, and 100% pre-assembled installation, eliminating many of the constraints typical of solid CLT wood.
2. Is timber frame as earthquake-resistant as solid wood?
Yes. The frame structure acts as a dissipative "box": mechanical connections and OSB panels create a diaphragm that distributes seismic stress. EN 12512 tests show performance comparable (or even superior) to CLT at equal weight.
3. What is the advantage in terms of LCA (Life Cycle Analysis)?
On a 500 m² building, INGPANEL® reduces CO₂ emissions by more than 34 tons compared to a solid wood wall: fewer materials, lighter foundations, and simplified transport logistics. The full LCA report is available in our technical dossier.
4. How do I integrate INGPANEL® into public tender specifications?
Simply replace the mention of "CLT wall" with the INGPANEL® stratigraphy (product code + performance) and attach the REI 90, FSC®, and ETA certificates. You can download a ready-to-fill specification template.
5. Where can I find the CAD/BIM files for the wall?
IFC, Revit, and DWG models are included in the pack you will receive after filling out the form. Request the technical data sheet and BIM files.
