Villa construction – Costa Rei – Sardinia

A small town in the province of Cagliari, Olia Speciosa, welcomes us with an incredible show between bays and infinite paradises, up to the crystalline sea and white sand.

And it is in this Sardinian land that our client wanted to build a modern villa a few km from the sea. The project consisted of the construction of a single-family house with an energy class A ++, the latter brings with it many more advantages and better performance than the use of traditional techniques and materials.

This happens because the thermal insulation is efficient, thanks to a breathable material that allows you to keep the house cool, on the contrary, in winter the heat does not dissipate.

The construction of 100 square meters was made in a single level of habitable floor with a large garden and porch accompanied by an underground swimming pool of a few meters.

Thanks all to our team, the completion of the works is estimated at 2/3 weeks.
