PREFABRICATED
ROOF
The roof structure with industrial production, developed in the United States in the 1950s from the system of using the wooden frame to have greater lightness of the structure and less use of timber, which guarantees better resistance thanks to a perfect distribution of loads on the roof and roof to walls.
The industrial frame is made of C24 certified wood assembled with MiTek metal connectors.
Very fashionable today (more than 50% of the market), the industrial frame can be used both for single houses and for industrial and commercial buildings.
THE
REALIZATION
Our industrial frames are manufactured and assembled in our factory in Sigulda.
The calculation process takes into account many parameters: roof, ceiling, snow, wind on the facade, altitude, earthquake standards … to calculate assemblies and sections. To cope with these new calculations, we make use of the design cooperation of Baltic MiTek, which uses their softer which works in 3D and which respects the rules of Eurocode 5 by proposing calculation variants.
The lights for the construction of the houses are between 8 and 15 meters and can reach 25 meters for industrial or agricultural buildings.
The trusses are made at the Sigulda factory, the assemblies are made by pressing the MiTek metal connectors.
Once completed, the trusses are delivered to the construction site and are ready to be installed.
IEGUVUMI
The main advantage of an industrial frame is its flexibility and lightness. Time-saving element for lifting and installation.
Made of certified wood, with sections lower than the glulam beams, it is in fact lighter and therefore easier to install.
Another great advantage that explains its success, it is very attractive economically and therefore offers a very convenient quality / price ratio for an equivalent guarantee of solidity.
Finally, the technique adapts easily and quickly to all types of buildings.
