The technology of green building in wood goes beyond the boundaries of traditional building.

We fly to Europe, exactly to Jūrmala (Latvia) which in recent years has become the most important tourist resort on the Baltic. For centuries, it has been the favorite spa and seaside resort of the Russian nobility.

The city is only 20 km from Riga, and overlooks huge beaches with white sand, where the waves of the Baltic Sea break.

And it is precisely in this city that La Foca House has carried out an intervention to further embellish our customers by creating a terrace of about 60 square meters. The terrace is the background to the living room equipped with large windows.

The structure was made with wood-like slats (wood and polymers) made with recycled and in turn recyclable product.
