A beautiful villa in Green Building, which at first glance radiates warmth and hospitality, is located in the heart of one of the most beautiful valleys in Ticino, surrounded by greenery and a peaceful landscape.
This green villa is a small two-story paradise with an area of ​​160 square meters in Novaggio, in the charming valley of Malcantone.
A little inconspicuous on the outside but internally it benefits from large surfaces flooded with light and spaciousness, this urban villa in Ticino is characterized by a contemporary architectural style that obeys simple lines. A bright living room on the ground floor together with a kitchen is a great place for a family to live and feel good together.
The complex terrain was used with a two-wing project so that you could capture the entire panorama of the valley.
Built according to the criteria of green building, Novaggio’s house with its simple, linear and welcoming geometry merges with the environment and the surrounding nature.
A mix of technical skills and experience made it possible to combine the wishes of the family with the local rules of urban planning.
