This wooden annexe has two bedrooms and is suitable for a family of 3. It’s also good for small land plots and perfect to serve as a vacation house (from 4-6 persons). It has a little kitchenette adjacent to the living room.
If desired, it’s possible to remove the dividing wall and create an open-space living area. All rooms, including the bathromm, are well illuminated by large windows. A little portico gives a bit of shade at the entrance protecting it from the strong sun on hot days and from rain.
