House extension project in Thalwil – Switzerland

This project is a new challenge for our engineer, because of the modern element inclusion in the project, for exapmle sunscreen panels, but our ability to adapt is not a challenge. The conditions under which the Client chose La Foca House were our ability to understand the client’s needs and adapt our production to the client’s architect’s project.

We can not wait for our client to see all the amazing sunsets, sunrises and star lights from his new house extension!

Our new project is located in Switzerland that is well known for its beautiful landscapes, city of Thalwil. House that will experience it`s rebirth, thanks to it`s new owner who saw a vision for this house. We are here to help his vision and dream come to life and for this house to become his home.

This house is going to be expanded with an extension in 3 floors, whom two floors will be above ground level and one is partly underground. House is finished with flat roof and the rooftop space is going to be used for oportunity to relax in jacuzzi and fully enyouj beautiful landscape that this city is providing with.

Existing parts roof construction is going to be rebuilt and we are fully going to provide these changes. In the roof we will include 4 dormers to each side of the roof to fullfill the clients needs. House extension will be built from wooden frames that we are producing in our factory in Sigulda and will be assebled in building yard. Extension will be connected to old house with glass coridor.

Adding extension to your existing house is a good idea when you have the perfect location for your home, but you need more space. This is the perfect example – right here, our client choose a spot for his future home, but he lacked space in the existing property.
