Brawi immobilien GmbH is a very experienced company in the local real estate industry.
Despite the bad weather, work began on 31 January 2022 on the construction of the approximately 119 sqm semi-detached house with extension using our innovative frame system. We need max. 119 for officially because of the parking management (max. for 2 Places, more than 4 Places we didn´t have)
The demolition was planned so that the construction could start on time! Unfortunately, snow and rain started right then and lasted for 3 days, but this did not harm the material, as everything was professionally covered or wrapped up. After the shell was in place, the sun came out (that could have been the other way round!).

The construction was finished until 14. February 2022 so far that the interior works could be started by brawi immobilien GmbH.

Here, a KfW55 Plus house is being built, which, thanks to the additional photovoltaic system, results in an almost CO 2 neutral building in sustainable construction.
The owners will have to pay very low ancillary costs for the heating system.
The cooperation between LA FOCA and brawi immobilien will benefit the future owners and residents!
