NEW BUILDING YARD WITH PROJECT OF EXTENTION                MUNICIPALITY OF SERGY – FRANCE

SPRING 2020

New construction site in the municipality of Sergy (France), a dream that took shape in the countryside between the Haut Jura Natural Park and the shores of Lake Geneva (a few km from Geneva).
The wooden house of Sergy is an extension attached to the existing house, with an area of ​​200 m2 arranged on two floors, surrounded by greenery and an amazing landscape.
Thanks to a dependable organization, in just a month La Foca was able to make the customer’s wish real.
The various details, linked to the merger of the two buildings, were resolved on site by our team with professionalism and speed.
The two buildings are connected through corridors on the ground and on the first floor to create the possibility of a bigger house.
Built according to the criteria of green building, Sergy’s house has a simple, linear and welcoming look that link it to the environment and the surrounding landscape. A gable roof and large windows, overlooking the garden, make this building respectful of the landscape and local architectural traditions.
Brightness is another element that characterizes the house. Large windows create a continuous dialogue with the external nature, heating the internal environment when necessary. Therefore, nature is always within reach.
