Every home must be unique, just like the person who will live there: inside and out.
When my father founded La Foca Case Prefabbricate in Legno in 1960, the market primarily demanded single- and two-family homes. More than 65 years have passed since then, and this has become one of our strengths.
We know our customers well. Our job is to listen, understand the customer's tastes and desires, and accompany them step by step in creating their ideal home.

For this reason, we build custom-made: a true tailor-made approach, where every detail is shaped around the client's needs and lifestyle. We give shape to dreams, turning them into reality starting from a precise architectural plan. It is essential to receive a file in .dwg (Autocad) format in order to prepare a realistic, precisely calculated estimate.
We also have some completed projects that can serve as inspiration. However, we do not offer standard models: each project is then personalized — from the layout of the spaces, to the openings, to compliance with local landscape regulations.

So many choices. Endless possibilities.
Every client has their own preferences — that’s normal. Here are some of the most common ones:

• Flat or pitched roof (two, three, four?)
• Single-story villa or two levels
• Exposed roof or attic for storage use
• Staircase in wood, steel, or retractable
• Windows in PVC, wood, or aluminum
• Shutters: louvered, roller, or none at all
• Photovoltaic system: with or without storage?
• Underfloor heating or heat pumps?

There are many variables to consider, which make it impossible to define a realistic price without a project and specifications. It would be like asking “how much does a car cost?” without specifying the brand, model, trim, and options.
